A couple of weeks ago, we passed along the speculation that Samsung would unveil the Galaxy Note 10 on August 7th at Brooklyn's Barclay's Center (yes, the same arena that Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving now both call home). Today, Samsung confirmed this with a post on its website that read, "On August 7, 2019, Samsung Electronics will unveil new devices designed to take the Galaxy ecosystemís connectivity to the next level." Technically, this will be another Samsung Unpacked event. We should see the manufacturer introduce the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and the Galaxy Note 10+. There will be a 4G LTE and 5G variant of each phone bringing the total number of units to be introduced to four. This will be the first time that Samsung is selling more than one version of the Galaxy Note at the same time.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 (SM-N970 for the 4G LTE model, SM-N971 for the 5G version) is expected to feature a 6.3-inch curved AMOLED display. In the states, you'll find the Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform driving the device while just about everywhere else it will be the Exynos 9825 under the hood. The triple camera setup on back will include a 12MP camera with variable aperture, a 12MP telephoto camera, and a 16MP Ultra-wide camera. The Galaxy Note 10 will have an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and a 3400mAh battery. Pricing will reportedly start in the $1,100-$1,200 range.
