Major US carrier Verizon and search giant Google have just announced they have expanded their partnership to cover YouTube TV, which will be sold directly to the network operator's wireless and broadband subscribers.

Verizon's statement mentions that its customers will be able to subscribe to YouTube TV through its stores and enjoy access and offers to the best content provided by the service. Moreover, Verizon customers will be allowed to add premium content from YouTube TV to their internet bundle on a national scale, while Fios broadband customers will be given more choice options when it comes to content and services.

The US carrier also promises to offer “unique, high-value YouTube TV promotions to customers across platforms.” If you plan to add the service to your Verizon subscription, you may want to know that a YouTube TV membership includes six accounts per household, each with its own recommendations and personal DVR with no storage space limits.

Verizon will start selling Google's YouTube TV service later this year, but no details about pricing have been announced yet. Currently, YouTube TV costs $50 per month, but those who subscribe through Apple are required to pay $55 per month.
