« on: March 20, 2020, 08:25:02 AM »

HMD took a gamble that didn’t quite pay off with the 9 PureView, but now it’s looking to return to form with a formula it knows well - meet the new Nokia 8.3 5G. Positioned in the “flagship killer” segment its claims to fame are a great big display, a quad camera with ZEISS certification and unrivaled 5G support.

HMD says the Nokia 8.3 5G is all about futureproofing - it supports more 5G bands than even the priciest flagship out there, which will make it compatible with all of the existing and upcoming 5G networks around the globe.

The phone is built around a 6.81” Puredisplay of FullHD+ resolution. It’s an HDR panel with Adaptive display support that adjusts contrast depending on how much light is around you. Inside the punch hole in its upper left corner sits a 24MP front-facing camera with ZEISS optics.
